The Hyeundeungsa Suweolgwaneumdo was made in the 20 th century and was drawn using gold and silver paint on a black background. The moon is set at the background and the Buddhist Goddess of Mercy is sitting on fantastic rocks. To the left and right are willows and bamboos, which style is borrowed from the latter Goryeo Dnyasty.
Yongwang and Seonjaedongja are holding cinmanis, an emperor wearing a crown and holding a baton are located on the bottom and the middle is the division of the heavens and waters and Four Guardians are depicted here as well. There are several Goddesses of Mercy in the upper part, and the black background being used with gold and silver hint to us that it was greatly magnificent when first established.
It has a unique composition because it was made in the 20 th century.
The total length of this is 180cm and has a width of 240cm.
